Executive Summary We tracked 20 roofing trade shows and conferences from November 2026 through 2027: 14 with dates and 6 major recurring shows whose 2027 dates were not out yet. The big one is the International Roofing Expo, February 16-18, 2027, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with NRCA’s 140th convention alongside it. If you want business and sales help before year end, RoofCON 8 (Nov 10-12, 2026, Oklahoma City) costs $125 for general admission, and Best of Success and Build It to Sell It both run December 7-9 in Florida. 9 of the 14 dated events fall between January and April.
We checked dates and cities on each organizer’s own site in October 2026. Where only a third-party listing had a date, the card says so in plain words. Shows do move, so confirm before you book.
This guide is for roofing company owners and managers deciding where to send people in the next 14 months: the sales team, the office, the crew leads, or just yourself. Each card says who should go and why, including the events most roofers should skip.

Chart: 14 roofing events with confirmed dates between November 2026 and December 2027, by month. Feb 2027 is the busiest month (3 events), and 9 of the 14 fall between January and April 2027.
For roofers: the season matters. Most of the big events sit in winter and early spring, before peak roofing season, which is exactly when a crew can spare a few days. If storm work is your business, note that SRC Summit (January) and the National Storm Chaser Summit (early year, dates pending) are built for you, not the general expos.
Which Roofing Event Is Right for Your Company?
- Products, tools, and everything in one building: the International Roofing Expo. If you work with builders, add IBS.
- Sales, leadership, and growing the business: RoofCON 8, Best of Success, and Build It to Sell It.
- Storm and insurance restoration: SRC Summit, then the National Storm Chaser Summit once its 2027 dates are out.
- Commercial roofing and specs: IIBEC, where the consultants who write roof specifications meet.
- Local and regional: the free Colorado Roofing Association show, FRSA in Florida, RCAT in Texas, NERCA in the Northeast, and the Western Roofing Expo.
- People and policy: NWIR Days for recruiting and Roofing Day in D.C. for advocacy.
Chart: the 14 dated roofing events in this guide by type: 6 trade show / expo, 4 sales and business conference, 3 association and advocacy, 1 technical / building enclosure.
Chart: host states for the 14 dated events. 8 states host at least one, led by Florida (4), Texas (3), Nevada (2).
For roofers: Florida, Texas, and Nevada host most of the dated events. A Texas or Florida roofing company can reach several of them without a long flight.
Roofing Events Still Ahead in 2026
Four events before the end of 2026, and two of them share the same December week in Florida.
RoofCON 8 (Nov 10-12, 2026, Oklahoma City, OK)

Who should go: Growth-minded roofing owners, sales reps, and office staff, including companies that also sell solar.
Why it is worth the trip: The organizer keeps General Admission at $125 so the whole team can come, and the program is built around business systems: a general session, an expo with more than 175 vendors, and 50+ roofing and solar breakout sessions on sales, leadership, and operations. For a residential roofer trying to grow, it is one of the cheapest high-value trips of the year.
MRCA Leadership Summit (Nov 18-19, 2026, Cape Coral, FL)
Who should go: Owners and managers at commercial and residential roofing companies, especially MRCA members from the Midwest.
Why it is worth the trip: MRCA replaced its usual conference with an all-new Leadership Summit for 2026, built around strategic learning and peer-to-peer networking. Smaller and more focused than a big expo, so it suits owners who want conversations with other owners more than a show floor.
Best of Success Conference (Dec 7-9, 2026, Bonita Springs, FL)

Who should go: Roofing company owners and senior managers who want management, sales, and leadership education from people who run roofing companies.
Why it is worth the trip: Roofing Contractor magazine runs it at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, 20 minutes from Naples, Fort Myers, and RSW airport. The site also lists a Spanish-language program called Techos y Mas, which is useful if your crews or leadership speak Spanish.
Build It to Sell It (Dec 7-9, 2026, Hollywood, FL)
Who should go: Owners of roofing and home service companies who are thinking about scaling, adding a partner, or eventually selling the business.
Why it is worth the trip: The organizer says the event draws 1,200+ owners to The Diplomat Beach Resort, with sessions on sales systems that convert more leads without cutting price. It runs the same week as Best of Success, so pick the one that matches your goal: management (Best of Success) or growth and exit planning (Build It to Sell It).
Winter 2027: Storm, Builders, and the Big Expo
January and February bring the storm restoration crowd to Texas and the builders and roofers to Las Vegas.
SRC Summit, Storm Restoration Conference (Jan 19-20, 2027, Irving, TX)
Who should go: Storm restoration contractors, sales managers, canvassers, and office staff who work insurance claims.
Why it is worth the trip: Two days at the Irving Convention Center: a main stage on January 19, breakouts and vendors on January 20, with early badge pickup the day before. The organizer focuses on doing insurance restoration work the right way, which matters if your company lives on storm seasons.
NAHB International Builders' Show (Feb 2-4, 2027, Las Vegas, NV)

Who should go: Roofing companies that sell to home builders, plus residential roofers who also do siding, gutters, and windows.
Why it is worth the trip: IBS is where builders, remodelers, and product manufacturers meet, and 2027 is its first year in Las Vegas after Orlando hosted 2026. If new construction is part of your pipeline, this is the room your builder customers are in. KBIS runs alongside it as Design & Construction Week.
International Roofing Expo (Feb 16-18, 2027, Las Vegas, NV)

Who should go: Every roofing company: residential and commercial owners, sales teams, estimators, foremen, and anyone buying materials, tools, or software.
Why it is worth the trip: IRE bills itself as the largest roofing and exteriors event in North America, and NRCA holds its 140th Annual Convention alongside it at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall. If you only make one roofing trip in 2027, this is it. The organizer says booking through its hotel block saves an average of 30%.
NWIR Days (Feb 28 to Mar 1, 2027, Nashville, TN)
Who should go: Women who work in roofing at any level, and roofing companies that want to hire and keep more of them.
Why it is worth the trip: National Women in Roofing holds its annual two-day conference in Nashville in 2027, after Las Vegas in 2026. With hiring still the top headache for most roofers, it is a direct way to meet people already in the trade.
Dates come from a July 2026 Roofing Contractor article. NWIR had not posted a 2027 event page when we checked.
Spring 2027: Specialty, Commercial, and Regional Shows
March and April are about specialties: spray foam, building enclosure, residential construction, policy, and a free regional show.
SprayFoam 2027 Convention & Expo (Mar 7-10, 2027, Fort Worth, TX)
Who should go: Spray foam roofing and insulation contractors.
Why it is worth the trip: The Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance annual show covers equipment, chemistry, and safety for SPF roofing, a specialty many commercial roofers add for coatings and re-roof work.
Dates and venue come from a third-party listing. Confirm on sprayfoam.org before booking.
JLC LIVE New England (Mar 18-20, 2027, Providence, RI)
Who should go: Residential roofers and exterior contractors in New England.
Why it is worth the trip: JLC LIVE is a hands-on residential construction show with live building clinics on the floor, so you can watch techniques instead of only reading spec sheets. Good for training crew leads.
Dates come from event listings, one of which shows Mar 19-20. Confirm on jlclive.com.
IIBEC International Convention & Trade Show (Mar 18-21, 2027, San Antonio, TX)

Who should go: Commercial roofing contractors who bid work specified by roof consultants, plus estimators and project managers.
Why it is worth the trip: IIBEC is the association for building enclosure consultants, the people who write the roof specs you bid against. The 2027 show has 150+ exhibitors with product in hand (membranes, flashings, fasteners) and guided building enclosure walks around San Antonio.
Roofing Day in D.C. (Apr 6-7, 2027, Washington, DC)
Who should go: Roofing owners and managers who want to talk directly with their members of Congress.
Why it is worth the trip: NRCA organizes the industry visits to Capitol Hill each spring, covering issues like workforce, immigration, and taxes that affect every roofing company. It is two days, and the meetings are scheduled for you.
Dates come from event listings. Confirm on NRCA before booking.
Colorado Roofing Association Trade Show (Apr 29, 2027, Colorado)
Who should go: Roofers across Colorado and the Front Range.
Why it is worth the trip: The 42nd annual show is free to attend if you register ahead. For 2027 it moves from its usual January date to April because of construction at the venue, then returns to January in 2028.
Summer 2027
Florida has its own big show in summer.
FRSA Convention & Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Expo (Jul 7-9, 2027, Kissimmee, FL)
Who should go: Florida roofing and sheet metal contractors.
Why it is worth the trip: The largest roofing show in Florida, run by the state association at the Gaylord Palms. Florida code and hurricane rules are their own world, so the education here is hard to get anywhere else.
One listing shows July 7-9, but recent shows ran in early June. Check floridaroof.com before booking.
Roofing Events Expected in 2027 (Dates Not Announced Yet)
These recurring shows had not published 2027 dates when we checked. We list last year’s details so you can pencil them in.
Western Roofing Expo 2027
Who should go: Roofing contractors in the western states.
Why it is worth the trip: WSRCA has run the show for western roofers since 1974. The 2026 edition is Sept 27-29 at Paris Las Vegas, and a 2027 listing shows the same venue with dates not yet set.
RCAT Texas Roofing Conference 2027
Who should go: Texas roofing contractors.
Why it is worth the trip: The 2026 conference (the 51st) runs Oct 21-23 at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine. The location and month have moved year to year, so watch rcat.net.
NERCA Annual Convention & Trade Show 2027
Who should go: Roofing contractors in the Northeast.
Why it is worth the trip: The 2026 show ran Feb 10-11 at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, and the venue rotates around the region. Expect an early-year date again.
METALCON 2027
Who should go: Metal roofing installers and contractors adding metal to their offer.
Why it is worth the trip: The metal construction industry’s main show. The 2026 edition runs Oct 7-9 in Orlando; the city changes each year (Atlanta in 2024, Las Vegas in 2025).
National Storm Chaser Summit 2027
Who should go: Storm restoration roofing companies and their sales teams.
Why it is worth the trip: The official site already sells 2027 tickets but says event details are coming soon. The 2026 edition was in Denver in February.
ServiceTitan Pantheon 2027
Who should go: Roofing companies that run on ServiceTitan or are evaluating it.
Why it is worth the trip: ServiceTitan says its 2026 conference drew more than 5,000 contractors and industry experts, and roofing is one of the trades it now covers. Fall dates are typical.
The Whole Roofing Year on One Timeline
Every dated event on one line, so overlaps jump out (like the two December events in Florida).
Chart: every dated event in this guide on one timeline, November 2026 (orange, still in 2026) through December 2027 (navy). The first is RoofCON 8 on Nov 10-12, 2026; the last is FRSA Convention & Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Expo 2027 on Jul 7-9, 2027.
How to Make a Roofing Show Pay for Itself
The trip itself does not bring in jobs. What you do with it does.
Before you go:
- Pick the two or three decisions you want to make (a new CRM or measurement tool, a second shingle line, a financing partner) and book those vendor meetings in advance.
- Bring your sales manager to the sales sessions and your production lead to the product demos. Splitting up doubles what you get out of one ticket.
- Tell your customers. A post like “Our team is at the International Roofing Expo learning about the newest roofing systems” shows homeowners you take the trade seriously. Our free roofing social media generator can draft those posts for you.
After you get back:
- Follow up with vendors within a week.
- Write one homeowner-friendly post or video about something you learned, for example how a new underlayment or impact-rated shingle changes a replacement quote. Search engines and customers both reward real expertise.
- Add the photos from the show to your Google Business Profile.
For roofers: the companies that grow after a show are the ones that change something on Monday: a sales script, a pricing sheet, a follow-up process. Go with that goal, not just a badge.
Plan Your 2027 Roofing Calendar Now
The short version: make IRE in February your one big product trip, and pick one business event (RoofCON, Best of Success, or Build It to Sell It) for sales and leadership.
If storms drive your revenue: SRC Summit in January is the clearest fit.
If you are commercial: add IIBEC to meet the consultants who write your specs.
We will update this page as the 2027 dates for the Western Roofing Expo, RCAT, NERCA, METALCON, and the National Storm Chaser Summit come out.
Data Sources: Dates, cities, venues, and prices come from organizers’ official websites (International Roofing Expo, RoofCON, IIBEC, Roofing Contractor’s Best of Success, Build It to Sell It, SRC Summit, MRCA, the Colorado Roofing Association, and NAHB’s IBS), checked in October 2026. Where only a news article or event listing had a date, the event card says so. Attendance and vendor counts are the organizers’ own figures.
