TL;DR: We tracked 22 remodeling trade shows, conferences, and expos from November 2026 through 2027: 18 with confirmed dates and 4 more whose 2027 dates were not out yet. The center of the year is Design & Construction Week, February 2-4, 2027, in Las Vegas, where KBIS (600+ kitchen and bath brands) and the NAHB International Builders’ Show share the Las Vegas Convention Center, with the TISE flooring show running the same days at Mandalay Bay. The remodeling industry’s own association, NARI, meets April 12-14 in Atlanta. If you want something close to home, Build Expo USA runs two-day regional shows in 10 cities.
Dates and cities were checked on the organizers’ own sites in October 2026. Where we only had a listing or a news article, the card says so. Always confirm before booking.
This guide is for remodeling company owners, kitchen and bath specialists, and the crew leads who install the work. We also included one consumer home show, because for many remodelers the best show of the year is the one where homeowners walk up to your booth.

Chart: 18 remodeling events with confirmed dates between November 2026 and December 2027, by month. Apr 2027 is the busiest month (4 events), and 11 of the 18 fall between January and April 2027.
For remodelers: February 2-4 is the one week to block out. KBIS, IBS, and TISE all happen in Las Vegas that week, so a kitchen and bath remodeler can see cabinets, fixtures, flooring, and tile on a single trip.
Which Remodeling Event Is Worth Your Time?
- Kitchens and baths: KBIS, plus Coverings if tile is a big part of your work.
- Whole-house remodeling and design-build: IBS and the NARI Annual Conference.
- Flooring, tile, and stone: TISE in February, Coverings in April.
- Outdoor living: Deck Expo.
- Close to home: a Build Expo USA city stop, the Atlantic Builders Convention, JLC LIVE, or your local NARI chapter expo.
- Meeting homeowners directly: exhibit at a consumer home show like the Portland Build, Remodel & Landscape Show.
- Running the business: Build It to Sell It, the NARI conference, and the Remodelers Summit when its 2027 dates are out.
Chart: the 18 dated remodeling events in this guide by type: 8 regional construction expo, 5 national trade show, 3 business and association conference, 1 consumer home show (exhibit for leads), 1 home performance.
Chart: host states for the 18 dated events. 11 states host at least one, led by Florida (3), Nevada (3), Texas (3).
For remodelers: Texas, Florida, and Nevada host the most dated events here, largely because of the Build Expo tour stops and the Las Vegas trade show week.
Remodeling Events Still Ahead in 2026
November and December bring regional expos, a deck and outdoor living show, and an owner-focused business conference.
Build Expo USA Regional Tour (Nov 2026 to Oct 2027, 10 cities)

- Los Angeles Build Expo: Nov 4-5, 2026
- Phoenix Build Expo: Dec 9-10, 2026
- Tampa Build Expo: Jan 20-21, 2027
- Austin Build Expo: Mar 24-25, 2027
- Dallas Build Expo: Aug 25-26, 2027
- Atlanta Build Expo: Sep 15-16, 2027
Who should go: Remodelers, general contractors, and trade partners who want a local show they can drive to, instead of a national trip.
Why it is worth the trip: Build Expo USA runs two-day regional building and construction shows city by city. Dates on the official site include Los Angeles (Nov 4-5, 2026), Phoenix (Dec 9-10, 2026), Tampa and Indianapolis (Jan 20-21, 2027), Austin (Mar 24-25), Houston (Jun 16-17), Nashville (Jul 28-29), Dallas (Aug 25-26), Atlanta (Sep 15-16), and South Florida (Oct 6-7, 2027). Exhibitor testimonials on the site say the people walking the aisles are mostly contractors and decision-makers, which makes these a practical place to meet local suppliers and subs.
The calendar above lists six of these cities that matter most to remodelers. The tour also stops in Houston, Nashville, Indianapolis, and South Florida.
NARI Milwaukee Remodeler & Supplier Expo (Nov 9, 2026, Brookfield, WI)
Who should go: Remodelers and suppliers in the Milwaukee area.
Why it is worth the trip: A local chapter expo at the Brookfield Conference Center that starts in the afternoon and runs into the evening, so you can go after a work day. Small shows like this are where local remodelers meet the suppliers and reps they will actually work with.
Deck Expo (Nov 17-19, 2026, New Orleans, LA)

Who should go: Deck builders and remodelers who sell outdoor living projects: decks, railings, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens.
Why it is worth the trip: The organizer calls it the premier event for decking and outdoor living pros, held alongside Pool Spa Patio Expo at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Outdoor living is one of the easier upsells in a remodeling business, and this is the show built for it.
Build It to Sell It (Dec 7-9, 2026, Hollywood, FL)
Who should go: Owners of remodeling and home service companies who want stronger sales systems or are thinking about selling the business someday.
Why it is worth the trip: The organizer says it draws 1,200+ owners to The Diplomat Beach Resort, with sessions on closing more jobs at better margins without cutting price.
Winter 2027: Las Vegas Week and a Consumer Show
January starts with homeowners in Portland, and February brings the biggest week of the year for remodelers in Las Vegas.
Portland Build, Remodel & Landscape Show (Jan 8-10, 2027, Portland, OR)
Who should go: Portland-area remodelers who want to meet homeowners face to face, as exhibitors.
Why it is worth the trip: This one is different: it is a consumer home show at the Oregon Convention Center, where homeowners come looking for kitchen and bath remodeling, roofing, and landscaping. Remodelers go to sell, not to learn. If you exhibit, plan a simple offer, a way to book estimates on the spot, and fast follow-up.
Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (Feb 2-4, 2027, Las Vegas, NV)

Who should go: Kitchen and bath remodelers, designers, and showroom owners.
Why it is worth the trip: NKBA runs KBIS, which it calls North America’s largest kitchen and bath show, with 600+ exhibiting brands. If kitchens and baths are your core jobs, this is where you see next year’s cabinets, fixtures, and finishes before your clients ask about them.
NAHB International Builders' Show (Feb 2-4, 2027, Las Vegas, NV)

Who should go: Remodelers of every size, builders, and design-build firms.
Why it is worth the trip: IBS and KBIS run side by side as Design & Construction Week, and 2027 is the first year of the permanent move to Las Vegas. NAHB describes the show as a meeting place for builders, remodelers, designers, suppliers, and manufacturers, and one trip covers both floors.
The International Surface Event (Feb 2-4, 2027, Las Vegas, NV)
Who should go: Flooring, tile, and stone installers, and remodelers who sub out or self-perform floors.
Why it is worth the trip: TISE covers flooring, stone, and tile in one show at Mandalay Bay, with education starting February 1. It runs the same days as KBIS and IBS, so remodelers can split one Las Vegas trip across both venues.
Spring 2027: Hands-On Shows and the NARI Conference
March and April are full: hands-on training, energy upgrades, the Northeast’s biggest builders’ show, tile, and NARI’s national conference.
JLC LIVE New England (Mar 18-20, 2027, Providence, RI)
Who should go: Remodelers, carpenters, and lead carpenters in New England.
Why it is worth the trip: The Journal of Light Construction’s show is known for live building clinics on the floor, so your crew leads can watch techniques demonstrated instead of reading about them.
Dates come from event listings, one of which shows Mar 19-20. Confirm on jlclive.com.
National Home Performance Conference (Apr 5-8, 2027, Austin, TX)
Who should go: Remodelers who add insulation, air sealing, windows, or energy audits to their projects.
Why it is worth the trip: The Building Performance Association conference focuses on whole-house efficiency and utility programs, useful if you want energy upgrades and rebate work to become a bigger part of your remodeling jobs.
Atlantic Builders Convention (Apr 6-8, 2027, Atlantic City, NJ)
Who should go: Builders and remodelers across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Why it is worth the trip: The New Jersey Builders Association calls it the Northeast’s largest building industry trade show, with 400+ exhibitors covering materials, systems, finance, technology, and legal services.
Coverings 2027 (Apr 6-9, 2027, Orlando, FL)

Who should go: Tile and stone installers, bathroom remodelers, and designers.
Why it is worth the trip: Coverings bills itself as the global stage for tile and stone, with tile, stone, and installation machinery under one roof. It moves to Orlando for 2027 after Las Vegas in 2026. For bath remodelers it is the deepest look at tile you will get all year.
NARI 2027 Annual Conference (Apr 12-14, 2027, Atlanta, GA)
Who should go: Owners and managers of professional remodeling companies.
Why it is worth the trip: NARI’s national conference runs three days at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead under the theme “Remodeling the Future.” It is the main event of the remodeling industry’s own trade association, with business education and peer networking rather than a giant show floor.
Remodeling Events Expected in 2027 (Dates Not Announced Yet)
These recurring events had not posted 2027 dates when we checked. Here is what happened last time.
Remodelers Summit 2027
Who should go: Remodeling business owners who want management and leadership education.
Why it is worth the trip: Remodelers Advantage runs it; the 2026 edition was October 6-8 in Orlando. The organizer says the format can change from year to year, so watch remodelerssummit.com.
Deck Expo 2027
Who should go: Deck and outdoor living builders.
Why it is worth the trip: Usually held in November alongside Pool Spa Patio Expo. If the 2026 New Orleans dates do not work, plan on fall 2027.
Build Show LIVE 2027
Who should go: Remodelers and builders interested in building science and high-performance homes.
Why it is worth the trip: Matt Risinger’s Build Show runs it with Informa Markets. The 2026 edition was September 10-12 in San Antonio; one listing shows October 2027 in San Antonio, but nothing official yet.
PCBC 2027
Who should go: West Coast builders and remodelers.
Why it is worth the trip: The California Building Industry Association’s show usually runs in June in Anaheim.
The Whole Remodeling Year on One Timeline
Every dated event on one line. The early February cluster in Las Vegas stands out.
Chart: every dated event in this guide on one timeline, November 2026 (orange, still in 2026) through December 2027 (navy). The first is Los Angeles Build Expo on Nov 4-5, 2026; the last is Atlanta Build Expo on Sep 15-16, 2027.
How to Turn a Trade Show Into Remodeling Jobs
A show earns its cost when it changes what you sell or how you sell it.
Before the show:
- Choose two or three things you want to decide: a new cabinet line, a design software, a financing partner. Book those booths ahead of time.
- If you are exhibiting at a home show, set up an online booking link and a simple show-only offer before the doors open.
- Let past clients know you are going. A post like “We are at KBIS this week looking at the newest kitchen and bath products for 2027” starts conversations with people planning projects. Our free remodeling social media generator can draft these posts.
After the show:
- Call every home show lead within 48 hours. The homeowners who stopped at your booth also stopped at your competitors’ booths.
- Write one post or design guide about a trend you saw, for example the finishes or layouts you expect clients to ask for. That kind of content brings in homeowners researching projects.
- Update your showroom samples and portfolio photos with anything new you decide to offer.
For remodelers: the shows are where you see what is coming. The jobs come from what you do with that knowledge: better proposals, better design ideas, and showing homeowners online that you know what is new.
Plan Your 2027 Remodeling Calendar
The short version: block February 2-4 for KBIS, IBS, and TISE in Las Vegas, and pick one business event, either NARI in April or Build It to Sell It in December.
If you want leads, not education: exhibit at a consumer home show in your city and treat the follow-up as the main event.
If travel is hard: a Build Expo USA stop or your local NARI chapter expo is a one- or two-day trip.
We will update this page as the Remodelers Summit, Deck Expo, Build Show LIVE, and PCBC announce 2027 dates.
Data Sources: Dates, cities, venues, and exhibitor counts come from the organizers’ official websites (KBIS/NKBA, NAHB’s IBS, TISE, Coverings, Deck Expo, Build Expo USA, the Atlantic Builders Convention, NARI, and the Oregon Convention Center), checked in October 2026. Where only a listing or article was available, the event card says so.
